I did so before any footage had been released, and I agree with you - it looks significantly better in motion. The Singapore video was quite impressive. Still images from games never show the graphics in as high a quality as they are in reality, eg spectators. While your still images show them in poor flat quaity, the trailers show them at similar quality to TOCA Race Driver 3, which considering the consoles F109 is being released on, this is not a bad achievement. And the McLaren does look more silver than white now. Yeah, it looks like a PS1/Saturn game at the moment, but let's face it, it's not going to look amazing when it's finished as the Wii is a last generation console (it's even less powerful than the Xbox). When this is released next year on the PS3/360, I think it'll look amazing. I've just seen some new screens for Dirt 2 so I know Codemasters can pull off amazing graphics.
