Forza Motorsport 3

Turn 10 has revealed four new images of Forza Motorsport 3 to supplement the array of Japanese screenshots released last week. The new additions include a first look at the Mazdaspeed 3, some more GT action and two trackside images from Tsukuba and Suzuka.

Forza Motorsport 3

A couple of weeks ago we were treated to a plethora of images from Le Mans, which is one of the new circuits to appear in Forza Motorsport 3. This week Turn 10 has decided to move the focus East to Japan and has revealed the three Japanese tracks from the game as well as a bunch of new cars from the country.

There’s the usual low-slung Japanese race cars but more interestingly there are also images of cars with quite a bit less power, such as the Honda Jazz/Fit, Toyota Yaris and Nissan Versa. It’s refreshing to see extremely detailed cars which the normal man on the street can afford and it’s the ability to drive cars you see every day that makes me so excited about games like this.

The three tracks from Japan which are to be included in Forza Motorsport 3 are Suzuka, Twin-Ring Motegi and Tsukuba, all of which were present in its predecessor.

Forza Motorsport 3

Turn 10 has released two new images of Forza Motorsport 3, which again make the game look incredible. The focus is on two exotics – the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano and the Aston Martin DBS. Both appear to be on the same track as was shown in the demonstration at E3.

Turn 10 is hoping that revealing new content from Forza Motorsport 3 gradually will be enough to keep fans interested right up until launch day in late October. One of the company’s community staff members said on Twitter that “Basically, every other Tues. we have a reveal.

Last week’s revelation was that Le Mans and a bunch of Prototypes are included. No word on what’s coming next week though, but it’s said that “these new cars on this new track is looking amazing“. The updater is also promising to do their best to provide additional content in the weeks between big revelations.

Forza Motorsport 3 Le Mans Video

Forza Motorsport 3’s attention to detail was touted last weekend at Le Mans when Turn 10 revealed that two variations of the famous French circuit would make an appearance in the game. A new video of the demo given to the press has appeared online and is much better quality than those previously uploaded.

Forza Motorsport 3 Le Mans

Turn 10 has announced that two variations of the famous Le Mans circuit will be included in Forza Motorsport 3 when it goes on sale this October. Both the Le Sarthe and the much shorter Bugatti layouts will be playable and they are aiming to capture the attention of endurance racing fans by including a new multi-class mode in the game. Three new cars have been confirmed for inclusion: Peugeot Sport 908, Audi FSI Champion Racing R8 and Ferrari MOMO Doran Racing F333 SP. Screenshots of the content have also been released:

Turn 10 have released a whole new set of Forza Motorsport 3 screenshots showing off cars from Aston Martin, Jaguar, BMW and Ferrari among others. Unfortunately there aren’t any new tracks to be seen, although those which were unveiled at E3 were undoubtedly great looking. There’s also an extreme close up of the indicator stalk on a car as well as a nice track height image showing off the kerb details. Check them all out below:

Turn 10 and Microsoft announced a partnership with Audi at E3 and it looks like this has played a role in the boxart for the game. It’s a relatively bland image featuring the rear end of an R8 which doesn’t look unlike the Gran Turismo 5: Prologue box. Full image after the jump.
